Ingredients :
- roasting
- 1 1/2 lb rabbit
- 3 lb red potatoes
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup water
- coatings
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1/2 tsp sandlewood
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp saffron infused oil, see attached recipe
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit
- Cut potatoes and carrots into bite sized pieces. Chop the onion. Cut the rabbit into 8 pieces
- Put everything into a zip lock bag add butter, sandlewood, paprika, saffron infused oil, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Shake and coat.
- Put into an oven safe dish roast for an hour. Last 20 minutes add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
- Let sit 7 minutes serve. Hope you enjoy!
