Ingredients :
- 1 potato - shredded
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Pepper to taste
- Oil to fry
Method :
- Shred the potato finely and set aside.
- Add a pinch of pepper and salt to it and mix it well.
- Finely mould the potato mix into nice flat patties.
- Take a pan, pour some oil and wait for it to get heated.
- Put the potato mould on the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Garnish with some sweet chilly dip and relish !
