
Ingredients :
- 2 cup Steamed Rice
- 1 pc Chicken Thigh
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- ........................................................................................................
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 Tbsp Ketchup
- Salt&Pepper
Method :
- Chop the all ingredients, chicken, onion, bell pepper. (carrot and corn are good too.)
- Heat a pan and put in olive oil. Stir fry all the chopped ingredients with medium heat for a few minutes. And add salt&pepper.
- Add ketchup.
- Add steamed rice.
- Cook few more minutes.
- If you like, garnish it with a little Italian parsley. Serve and enjoy!
