Recipe Sixty Sixty Crumble topping

Ingredients :

  • 60 grams plain flour
  • 60 grams porridge oats
  • 60 grams caster sugar
  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Method :
  1. Combine flour, sugar, oats and spices in a bowl
  2. Add cold butter in cubes to the dry ingrediants, and uses finger tips rub the dry ingrediants into the butter until crumbs form the size of peas.
  3. Sprinkle on top of crumble filling
  4. Place in an oven of about 180 celcius (fan) and cook until filling is tender/ topping is golden.
