Ingredients :
- 60 grams plain flour
- 60 grams porridge oats
- 60 grams caster sugar
- 60 grams unsalted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method :
- Combine flour, sugar, oats and spices in a bowl
- Add cold butter in cubes to the dry ingrediants, and uses finger tips rub the dry ingrediants into the butter until crumbs form the size of peas.
- Sprinkle on top of crumble filling
- Place in an oven of about 180 celcius (fan) and cook until filling is tender/ topping is golden.
