Ingredients :
- 1 kg fresh river water fish
- 1 tsp each of turmeric, cumin, red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 25 g bread crumbs
- to taste salt
- Frying oil
- Fresh tomatoes and green chillies
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
Method :
- Wash and clean the fishes.
- Marinate the fishes with turmeric, cumin, chili powder and the olive oil for an hour.
- In a separate plate, mix cornflour and breadcrumbs.
- After marination for an hour, remove the fishes to a separate plate and sprinkle salt and pepper powder over them.
- Now put the fishes on the plate containing the cornflour-breadcrumb mixture and turn their reverse sides as such that the mixture gets attached to the fish.
- Heat the frying oil in a deep frying pan. Deep fry all the fishes till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chillies and tomatoes .
