
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lbs lean burger
- 3/4 lbs ground pork
- 2 tbs mccormicks montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs evoo
- 1/2 lg sweet onion. chopped
- 2 lg mushrooms. chopped
- 1 lg jalapeno. seeded, and diced
- 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz gargonzola cheese
- 1 jar Ragu® cheese sauce
Method :
- Add evoo, onion, mushroom, and jalapeno to a lg fry pan. Saute until lightly browned
- Mix meat, seasonings, sauces, vinegar, sauteed veggies, and egg in a large bowl
- Mix meat well. Make into 1/2 lb pattys. Mix the two shredded cheeses. Divide and place on patties. Form into a stuffed meatball
- Place meatballs in a baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
- Spoon cheese sauce over top off meatballs. Sprinkle any remaining cheese over the top. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until done.
