Ingredients :
- 2 Boxes Velveeta Shells & Cheese
- 1-2 Pounds Ground Beef or Chuck-any lean/fat ratio
- 1/4-1/2 Milk depending on how creamy you want it
- 3-4 teaspoons butter
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Method :
- Brown meat. Use a much as you want. I use 1 1/2-2 pounds for two Velveeta Boxes. Drain after cooking.
- While browning meat, cook shells per box instructions.
- When finished with both, mix together. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
