Ingredients :
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 4 oz tuna
- 3 romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup celery
- 2 tbsp tomato
- 2 tbsp green onion
- 1 tbsp green pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3/4 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method :
- Wash all veggies.
- Cut white center out of lettuce. Shred and line on center of tortilla.
- Empty tuna into mixing bowl. Dice all veggies, add to bowl.
- Mix all ingredients together, along with mustard, mayonaisse, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover lettuce with tuna salad mix. Wrap ends in, and roll tortilla closed. Cut in half and enjoy.
