Ingredients :
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Open the sweet corn can and drain all the liquids.
- Mix in a blender 4 eggs, condensed milk, sweet corn, and 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix well around 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease up a 9 inch pie container and pour all the mix.
- Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and yellow
- Let it cool down and serve. It tastes better cold after it has been refrigerated.
