Ingredients :
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 200 gram quick-cooking oats
- 2 handfuls choco chips
Method :
- Prepare your ingredients
- Smash the bananas with spoon and mix them well
- Coat your baking pan with margarine so the oat bars won"t stick to the pan. Bake until golden brown. I use electrical oven on maximum heat. I don"t time the baking, every now and then I always check it and rotate the pan so it will bake evenly at all sides. I like it rather soft but if you want your oat bars crunchy, bake it longer ^o^
