Recipe Homemade Goldfish Crackers

Ingredients :

  • 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Cold Water

Method :
  1. Pulse everything except water together in food processor until the dough looks like course sand
  2. Pulse in water 1 Tbsp. at a time
  3. Remove dough wrap in plastic and chill for 20 minutes
  4. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F
