Ingredients :
- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, cut into cubes
- 1 Cup Flour
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Cold Water
Method :
- Pulse everything except water together in food processor until the dough looks like course sand
- Pulse in water 1 Tbsp. at a time
- Remove dough wrap in plastic and chill for 20 minutes
- Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F
