Ingredients :
- 1-2 your favorite type apple - I use Red Delicious
- to taste Plain cinnamon - do not add sugar
Method :
- Slice the apple very thin.
- Place on a platter so that the slices do not overlap.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the slices, letting them sit for a few minutes to let the juices absorb the cinnamon.
- Serve and enjoy. The juice is so sweet, that is why sugar need not be added.
