Ingredients :
- to taste salt
- to taste cayenne pepper
- to taste ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes
- water, as needed
Method :
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked.
- Then drain and let the potatoes cool enough to handle. Cut into cubes but leave the skin on.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.
- While the oil is heating. Sprinkle some salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper onto the potatoes. Gently mix it all together.
- Add the potatoes into the frying pan. Moving them around often in order for them not to stick.
- Fry them until slightly cripsy on the outside.
