Ingredients :
- 1/4 pound Applewood bacon
- 3 cups brussel sprouts, halved
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
Method :
- Clean brussel sprouts and halve.
- Drain water chestnuts.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and Sriracha sauce.
- Brown bacon in a large skillet.
- After bacon is browned, add brussel sprouts, water chestnuts and sauce.
- Cook until brussel sprouts are just softened and sauce starts to carmelize.
