Resep Coffee Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 20 grams Peanut butter
  • 1 packages Instant coffee(around 2 grams)
  • 30 grams Whey protein powder

Method :
  1. Add banana and milk into blender with a few cubes of ice and give it a quick blend
  2. Add peanut butter, instant coffee powder, and whey protein....blend and enjoy
