Ingredients :
- 1 Banana
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 20 grams Peanut butter
- 1 packages Instant coffee(around 2 grams)
- 30 grams Whey protein powder
Method :
- Add banana and milk into blender with a few cubes of ice and give it a quick blend
- Add peanut butter, instant coffee powder, and whey protein....blend and enjoy
