Ingredients :
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 4 Clove Garlic
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/3 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
Method :
- Mix chicken, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- In frying pan, add 1 TBSP butter and fry chicken until golden brown
- Discard excess fat and add 1 TBSP butter again.
- Saute Garlic until soft.
- Add Chicken Broth, Heavy Cream, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme and basil.
- Let cook for 10-20 Min. or until it becomes thick.
- Place chicken back into cast iron and baste with sauce.
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
- You can also baste every 5 minutes but also make sure to add 5 minutes to cook time.
