
Ingredients :
- 2 Chicken breasts cut into pieces
- 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into noodles
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
- 4 each sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp Butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
Method :
- Cook chicken with a little olive oil then season with garlic and set aside
- Sautee mushrooms and onions in olive oil until well cooked then add the artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes. Season again with garlic.
- Add chicken and veggies into your zucchini noodles and stir.
- put all ingredients back into the pan. add the butter and parmesan cheese and heat on low until your meal is hot.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking and serve!
