Resep Super Delicious Healthier Italian Dinner

Ingredients :

  • 2 Chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into noodles
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 4 each sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Method :
  1. Cook chicken with a little olive oil then season with garlic and set aside
  2. Sautee mushrooms and onions in olive oil until well cooked then add the artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes. Season again with garlic.
  3. Add chicken and veggies into your zucchini noodles and stir.
  4. put all ingredients back into the pan. add the butter and parmesan cheese and heat on low until your meal is hot.
  5. Add salt and pepper to your liking and serve!
