Ingredients :
- 4 each Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 each Red Onion
- 1 each Anaheim Pepper
- 1 each Bell Pepper
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro
- 3 each Limes
Method :
- Dice all veggies. Remove the seeds from the peppers (unless you like the heat).
- Start placing the veggies in a bowl. Bell pepper.
- Anaheim Pepper.
- Onions.
- Tomatoes.
- Cilantro.
- Garlic.
- Add lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
- Store in the fridge for about a week.
