Ingredients :
- 170 g salmon
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Coat salmon with mustard, dill, parsley and chives and place in a baking tray. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil and garlic cloves.
- Add to baking tray with salmon, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
