
Ingredients :
- 3 lb shrimp
- 2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 head avocado
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 head tomato
- 1 head chopped onion
Method :
- Boil shrimp till fully cooked peel set aside
- Choppe all cucumber onions tomatoes cilatro avocado
- Mix all diced vegetables with shrimp add lemon juice
- Serve cold on a tostada or saltine crackers topped with tapatio sauce
