Ingredients :
- 2-3 lbs chicken wings
- to taste Seasoning salt
- to taste Black pepper
- Oil for deep frying
Method :
- Heat oil in deep fryer to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Seperate wings. (flats and drumettes). Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
- When oil is at 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Add wings in even batches. (If you cant fit them all). Cook for 10-11 mins. When 10-11 mins is up, remove wings from oil and place them in a bowl with paper towels. Repeat if you have multiple batches.
- When oil is at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the wings for 3-4 mins. Remove from oil and put in seperate bowl with paper towels.
- Your wings are done! Toss in whatever sauce you like or just eat them the way they are. They are perfect!
