Recipe Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients :

• 1 1/2 Cups peanut butter
• 1 Cup Crisco Shortening
• 2 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
• 6 TBSP. Milk
• 2 TBSP. Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 3 1/2 Cups Flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

Method :

1. PREHEAT OVEN to 375°
2. Mix peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla just until creamy.
3. Add eggs to other wet ingredients and mix on slow just until blended in. Don"t over mix.
4. Stir flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl before adding to wet muxture.
5. Using a large cookie scoop . . .
6. 8 cookies per cookie sheet, imprint the top of each cookie with a fork, . . .
7. Bake @ 375° on dark non stick cookie sheet for 11 minutes OR . . .
