Recipe Creamy white wine Alfredo sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1 packages mushrooms
  • 1 dash white wine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp black ground perpper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 cup chedder cheese
  • 1 tbsp parasham cheese
  • 1 ml 250 single cream
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 500 g (1 bag) spinach this is optional

Method :
  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Place a large frying pan on medium heat add butter oil and crushed garlic once butter has melted and garlic is brown add mushrooms cook till golden brown or how ever you like them.
  3. In another pan add the milk cheese and cream and slowly bring to the boil stir regularly.
  4. Once the mushrooms and cream sauce is ready mix together in a large pan and bring to boil adding half the black pepper and adding the white wine. If adding Spinach add at the end and off the heat the spinach will wilt quickly
  5. Once pasta is cooked mix in the sauce in the pan (the pasta will absorb most of the sauce) serve and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan and enjoy!
