Recipe Seafood Gnocchi With White Wine Parmesan Sauce

Resep Seafood Gnocchi With White Wine Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients :

  • 16 oz Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 packages Gnocchi
  • 1 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 6 oz Shrimp
  • 1 Parsley for garnish

Method :
  1. Cook Gnocchi as package directs. Then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan, then add shallots and garlic. If you are a garlic lover add another clove, I just don"t like garlic overpowering my dishes.
  3. Add 1 cup of wine then let simmer for 3-5 minutes until it reduces, then add the rest.
  4. Let the wine simmer down more then add the cream.
  5. This is going to sound odd, but strain out the shallots and garlic, I used a colander and put a pan underneath.
  6. Put back over the heat, then add parm cheese.
  7. Mix in your gnocchi next.
  8. Next add your lemon juice.
  9. Then the crab meat.
  10. Then the shrimp 🍤
  11. Then I def recommend you serve with some crusty French bread!
