Ingredients :
- 3 lbs Pork Tenderloin (thin cut)
- 3 packets Onion Soup mix (Knorr Maggi)
- 600 grams Heavy Cream (or Half-half, I've reduced to 32oz)
- Cheese Shredded
- Egg Noodles
Method :
- Cut pork into 1.5" slices. Arrange in Roman pot or Casserole dish.
- Mix Onion soup and Cream, and pour over Pork.
- Sprinkle Cheese over top and marinate overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 1 and half hours.
- Serve over bed of Egg Noodles
