
Ingredients :
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Milk
- 1 bunch Cheddar cheese
- 2 slice American cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 bunch Mushrooms
Method :
- Toss desired amount of chopped mushrooms and chopped onions in a small skillet fry for a few minutes until both are tender set a side
- Crack 4 eggs into a bowl or measure cup
- Add dash of milk
- Scramble with fork
- Toss in desired amount of cheddar cheese
- Pour mixture into a large skillet
- Drop in mushrooms and onions evenly over top eggs salt and pepper
- Move the eggs away from the side of the pan so that the runny egg on top will fall down the sides and cook
- Once the top is ran off place two slices of American cheese on one side of the omelet
- Carefully fold the other side over top the cheese let melt a few minutes
- Transfer to plate and enjoy! :)
