Recipe Tom Yum Roum Mit

Resep Tom Yum Roum Mit

Ingredients :

  • 500 600 ml of chicken stock
  • 300 grams of frozen seafood
  • 200 grams of mixed meats any kind is fine and cut in full mouth size
  • 1 can of Strawmushroom or any mushroom is fine too
  • 2 chilli slices
  • 1 onion cut into big chuck
  • 1 slice of lemongrass
  • 1 slice of galanga
  • 1 large tomato cut into 6 pices
  • 1 cup of roughly cut of Pak she and green onions
  • 2 tbsp of chilli paste in oils
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauces
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1/2 lime or lemon slices need only juice

Method :
  1. Bring chicken stock to boils and add galanga and lemon grass in the pot
  2. Let"s boils and add mixed meats into the boiling pot
  3. Add onions and tomato into the pot following with mushroom lets cook for 5 minutes add mixed seafood and let"s cook for 2 more minutes
  4. Add chilli paste and chilli into the pot then add green onions and Pak she .
  5. Add oyster sauce , fish sauce , sugar and limes juice stirs and have a taste if want more sour can add more limes juice and fish sauce in .
