
Ingredients :
- 4 salmon filets
- 2 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 red pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (sliced vertically)
- ground black pepper
- sea salt
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup water
Method :
- Season each filet (skin side down) with
- Cover each filet with one tablespoon of lemon juice
- Cover salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for fifteen minutes to marinate
- Heat large skillet on medium high heat and add
- Once butter melts, add salmon fillets (skin down) to skillet spaced evenly.
- Add to skillet

- Turn heat down medium low; cover skillet with foil and cook for five minutes
- Uncover skillet and turn salmon; cook for five to six minutes.
- Remove and plate salmon. Place the juices and cooked garnishes over salmon.
