
Ingredients :
- 6 large Red bell pepper
- Garlic
- Olive oil
Method :
- Store bought roasted red peppers? Never. Wash and dry peppers, put on broil safe dish. And transfer to oven,
- While rotating them, grill them until they change their color, almost burn, turn them other side, until all are them blackish and lost their firmness. Turn off broiler. Take them out.
- Cover them with aluminum paper tightly wait about 20 minutes and so , better you cut them after, so steam get and clean the seeds.
- After you clean them keep them air tight jar add some garlic and olive oil.
