Ingredients :
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Olive oil for sauteeing
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed, drained, and mashed
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 Cup quick oats
Method :
- Saute first 8 ingredients in olive oil.
- Add black beans, soy sauce, and oats to sauteed mixture, form patties.
- Freeze patties for at least 30 minutes and store until ready to use.
