Ingredients :
- 1 Litre chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Minced ginger
- 2 cup Shredded BBQ chicken
- 400 grams Creamed corn
- 400 grams Corn kernels
- 3 Stems spring onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Salt & pepper
Method :
- Throw stock and ginger in pot and bring to the boil. Add chicken, corn, spring onion and oil. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
