Ingredients :
- 2 lb mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and fresh ground pepper
- tsp fresh lemon juice
Method :
- Clean, trim and quarter all of your mushrooms.
- Next, chop your garlic. Set aside. Chop your rosemary and set this aside as well.
- Add your butter and extra virgin olive oil to a large pan over med. to high heat. E.v.o.o. helps the butter not to burn.
- Next add your mushrooms to the oil and butter and suate them until they start to carmelized on all sides.
- Next add your garlic, rosemary and lemon juice and stir for about a minute or so. Let the ingredients mix together.
- Finally, plate, and add salt and fresh cracked black pepper to finish.
