Ingredients :
- 1 can Tuna
- 2 servings Pasta
- 1 Red onion
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1/2 Pesto
- Garnish:
- Mozzarella balls
- Sundried tomatoes
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Rucola
Method :
- Boil pasta. Fry sliced red onion and when fried, add tuna. Spice with some salt and pepper.
- Drain pasta and pour in a bowl. Add onion, tuna and pesto. Mix.
- Place mixture on a plate and add mozzarella balls and sundried tomatoes.
- Decorate with grated mozzarella and rucola. Enjoy.
