Ingredients :
- 100 g Linguine
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Peperoncino peppers
- salt and pepper
Method :
- Boil water and cook the Linguine according to the package. When the Linguine is ready, drain well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, chop the garlic into very fine pieces and remove the stem end of the peperoncino. Set aside.
- Now heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Cook the garlic on medium heat until half cooked. Then, add in peperoncino and cook for 3 mins.
- Now add in parsley and cook for 1 min. After that, add the cooked Linguine to the olive oil sauce and cook for another 3 min over high heat. Cover the Linguine with the sauce and it"s ready to be served.
