Ingredients :
- 28 oz cut green beans
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1 large shallot
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Method :
- In a pan Fry the bacon.
- slice and add shallots. Let fry for 2 minutes stirring constantly add garlic. Continue to stir
- After 2 minutes add margarine and green beans add salt.
- Let simmer 5 minutes. Serve add pepper flakes. Hope you enjoy!
