Ingredients :
- 1 pie crust
- 1 packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method :
- Soften cream cheese and put in mixing bowl with all ingredients,except cheery filling, beat with mixer till well blended and smooth
- Fill crust with filling and spoon cheesecake mixture on top I left a spot in the middle so u could see the cherries
- Bake for 30 minutes on 350 remove cool on wire rack and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving
