Ingredients :
- 2 whole tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 100 g coriander
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 can tuna
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese/grated cheese
- olive oil
- 1 bread - baguette
- Chilli sauce
Method :
- Chop your tomatoes very thin and onion into cubes. Cut coriander and chilli into pieces. Place all of them in a large bowl
- Add your tuna into the bowl
- Add salt and pepper into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Cut your bread into two in the middle with the largest surface area
- Place the mixture on the bread and grate cheese all over it
- Pour chilli sauce and olive oil on the bread
- Heat 2 minutes in the microwave on medium power
