
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs frozen carrots
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp dill weed, divided
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Method :
- Cook carrots according to package directions.
- Drain carrots and place in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter and Velveeta, stirring often.
- Stir in half of the dill weed.
- Pour over the carrots.
- Melt remaining butter; toss with the Ritz crackers and remaining dill weed.
- Sprinkle over carrots.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
