
Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs beef cut into cubes
- 1 onion diced
- chopped celery
- 2 potatoes
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth
- 1 carrot
- 4 bay leaves
Method :
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place cubed beef into slow cooker. Pour flour mix over beef and stir until completely covered.
- Chop veggies and stir into the slow cooker. Add beef broth and cook on high for 6 hours or cook on low for 10 hours.
