Resep McDonald's Vanilla Smoothie Pancakes with Homemade Cinnamon-Apple Syrup

Ingredients :

  • 1 c. McDonald's vanilla smoothie
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 c. self-raising flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • optional lemon or lime juice

Method :
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Mix the smoothie, egg, and oil together in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the flour and salt. Stir until smooth. (If mixture is too thick, add 1 tbsp of any milk to thin out)
  4. Pour the batter onto a pre-heated fry pan and cook pancakes on medium-low heat until the sides are golden.
  5. Divide the pancake servings.
  6. Dice the apple and fry in a saucepan with the butter until slightly soft.
  7. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until it becomes syrupy. Add a dash of lemon or lime juice to keep it from hardening.
  8. Serve the pancakes with a hearty drizzle of cinnamon-apple syrup amd enjoy.
