Ingredients :
- Bell Peppers
- 1 Onion
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- Olive Oil
- to taste Season
- Cheese - Optional
Method :
- Rinse veggies & chop up into small pieces. Sauté in a little Olive Oil. Season to taste. Once veggies are finished, pour into a bowl.
- Crack 2 Eggs into the skillet & scramble. Season to taste. Once cooked pour aside of veggies. Enjoy!
