Ingredients :
- 5 Banana Pepper/Large Chillies
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
Method :
- Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely. Then slice into long pieces.
- Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
