Recipe Chilli Fry

Resep Chilli Fry

Ingredients :

  • 5 Banana Pepper/Large Chillies
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water

Method :
  1. Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely. Then slice into long pieces.
  2. Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
