Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Honey Roasted chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Method :
- Line a 8x8 dish with aluminum foil, and measure out the powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Then add the brown sugar and milk, stirring until dissolved. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour over powdered sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat until no clumps remain.
- Scrape into lined dish and refrigerate until firm, around 2 hours. Remove fudge with foil and cut into squares.
