
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 medium White onion
- 2 cloves Crushed Garlic
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Water and add a chicken cube / bouillon
- 1/2 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red peppers
- 1/2 tsp Mexican herbs
- 1/2 tsp Piri Piri spice medium
- 1 can Crushed tomatoes
- to taste Salt and black pepper
- 5 Whole green beans
Method :
- Ingredients
- Cut onion into small pieces heat oil in a deep frypan or wok
- Add the onion to the heated pan and fry for 2 mins until onions are transparent
- Add the garlic to the onions and fry for 1 minute
- Cut chicken up into strips
- Add the chicken and fry until chicken is white in colour then add the green chilli chopped
- Add all the dried spices and stir
- Add the can of tomatoes and bring to boil. Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes then add the water with chicken stock
- Add salt & pepper
- Then add the sweet peppers and serve.
- A sweet dip would go nice with this dish to cool the mouth
