Ingredients :
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pint baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 6 oz. medium egg noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ground black pepper
Method :
- Cook pasta, drain, set aside. Saute beef, drain, return to pan, add mushrooms, heavy cream, soup mix, can of soup, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add pasta, finish with black pepper and all done.
