Ingredients :
- 250 gr Dark Compound Chocolate (8.5oz)
- 110 gr Butter or margarine (1/2 C)
- 110 gr caster sugar (1/2 C)
- 2 large eggs around 4.6 oz (130gr)
- 60 gr all purpose flour (1/2 C)
Method :
- Double boil chocolate and butter over low heat. Add in sugar, mix well using a wooden spoon. Let slightly cool.
- Add in eggs, one at a time, mix well.
- Add flour, mix really well until smooth and not lumpy.
- Pour in a brownie loaf covered with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.
- Keep in the fridge overnight for best brownie eating experience!!!
