
Ingredients :
- 1 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
Method :
- Place water in a medium sauce pan and slowly bring to a boil
- Constantly stir in the sugar and let it boil until it all dissolves
- Add light corn syrup and stir it in
- Pour in a sheet tray no more than 1/4 of an inch thick.
- Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes. Take it out and crack.
