
Ingredients :
- 2 large cooked chicken breasts coarsly chopped
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup kale leafs chopped
- 3 tablespoon salad dressing or mayo (I've used miracle whip)
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric (curcuma)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- to taste fresh ground black pepper
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together
- Put between two slices of bread, toasted or not, or in a roll, or in a pita pocket, whatever you like!
- Enjoy!
