Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts diced or thighs
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 fresh green chillies, chopped
- 1 tin (400 g) passata
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1-2 red or green peppers, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 whole fresh red chillies (optional)
- 2 teaspoons masala
- 2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
Method :
- Cover the chicken with flour and brown in a frying pan till browned.
- Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low setting for 6 hrs. Check the chicken is cooked.
- If the sauce is too thin, add corn flour until it is the thickness that suits you.
