
Ingredients :
- 90 g Coconut Oil (or Butter)
- 180 g Sugar
- 225 g(8oz) Ricotta Cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Marsala Wine (or Vanilla Extract)
- 1 Lemon (Lemon zest)

- -Dry Ingredients-
- 180 g Cake Flour ★
- 2 tsp Baking Powder ★
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ★
- ..................................................................
- 100 g (1 bar) Chocolate
Method :
- Heat oven to 180°C/350°F, coat the loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- I"m using whole wheat cake flour.
- Combine all of ★the dry ingredients and put it aside.
- Place the coconut oil & sugar into a large bowl.
- Mix.
- Add ricotta cheese.
- Add eggs one by one and keep mixing.
- Add Marsala wine.
- Add the lemon zest.
- Add the ★ mixed dry ingredients and lightly mix. Don"t knead.
- Add chopped chocolate.
- Pour it into the oil-sprayed loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out batter free.
